We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused, with tags and labels intact, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded — sale items cannot be refunded.
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Exempt Goods

The following items are exempt from refunds:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Gift vouchers

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment.
• Please note that delivery charges, import charges, clearance fees, and duties are non-refundable and will be excluded from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at superstore@glentoran.com.

Shipping

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It must be sent to:

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
• Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
